SwimSense account support
Delete your account
You can permanently delete your SwimSense account from the app. If you cannot access the app, you can submit a deletion request here instead.
Fastest option
Delete in the app
- Open SwimSense and sign in.
- Open Settings.
- Select Delete Account in the Account section.
- Review both warnings and confirm the deletion.
The app releases your devices, removes your account data from active systems, and deletes your sign-in identity. If cleanup cannot finish, the account remains active so you can retry or contact support.

Data removed from active systems
- Your login identity, app profile, settings, and push registrations
- Saved pool locations, maintenance records, alerts, and messages
- Device ownership, schedules, service-access grants, and account-scoped exports
- Billing customer and active subscription records held for the app, when applicable

Limited retention
Data that is retained or de-identified
- Historical equipment telemetry is disconnected from your account and retained under an opaque equipment-data identifier for up to five years.
- De-identified service records may be retained for up to 400 days, and de-identified warranty registrations for up to five years from registration.
- De-identified security and application-audit events may be retained for up to 180 days.
- Point-in-time recovery can preserve earlier database versions for up to 35 days. Restricted recovery backups may remain longer until no longer required.
- Records required for fraud prevention, disputes, tax, warranty, or legal compliance may be retained for the applicable period.
Retained records are not available through the deleted account and are not used for advertising or marketing. Expiration is performed asynchronously, so deletion can occur after the stated eligibility date.
